Melissa Suzanne George from Australia is an actress, model and inventor. After beginning her career back the Australian home of her parents She made her way to Hollywood which was where she achieved great success. George George was born in Perth but was at first attracted to skating, dancing and various other artsy activities. She began her modeling career in her early teens and won the Western Australian title of teenager Model of the Year in the year 1992. Her screen debut came next year, in an episode of Seven Network s soap opera Home and Away . Her first big screen appearance was on Dark City, a mystery thriller. Then she played a variety of support roles in projects like Alias The Limey or Down with Love. In 2005 she made her debut mainstream Hollywood appearance in The Amityville Horror remake. She is currently one of the most popular Australian ex-pats in the American film and entertainment industry. George is an entrepreneur who brought her idea Style Snaps to the market.
