Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for playing a wide range of roles across film as well as television and the stage. Her achievements include an Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. Her debut role was that of twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap show Another World from 1987-1991. The actress won an Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. She achieved greater prominence in the late 1990s when she appeared in films such as the crime-drama film Donnie Brasco (1997) the disaster film Volcano (1997) Volcano (1997), the Slasher film I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997) The political satire film Wag the Dog (1997) the action comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (1998) and the drama-thriller film Return to Paradise (1998). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American Actress. She's best-known as Lieutenant Sheba of the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978 to 1979. Her mother is the actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. The professional life of Lockhart began young. The first time she appeared on screen was aged four, when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. The short film about the topic was selected for the Oscar Awards. Her mother took her to the film studio, where she was taught about how the film industry worked. Lockhart is even featured on many Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first movie. The year was 1972 and she was just 18 year old and portrayed Joan Crawford's daughter Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan was the last actress to appear on the show. Anne did not want the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later was the actor. Carpenter claims that he was interested in her but she declined. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or offering the part. Agents might have turned down the opportunity for her, but not even known. Glen Larson, who had given her the initial draft of the script for a role in the tv show Battlestar Galactica from 1978, at first, she was chosen. The actress initially refused the role because she felt her character was weak. Glen created a brand new character to play for her featuring Sheba as a stronger character. After reading the initial 25 pages of the story The Living Legend she accepted the part immediately. The show ran for one season. She also starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. And she costarred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
